Now hiring: Student Services Assistant (full time)

Based in Busby, to the south of Glasgow, Riverside Music Complex is a leading further education college specialising in Music Industry learning. We aim to give each and every one of our students the support and guidance they need and deserve throughout their time studying here. Our Student Services team are crucial in helping us achieve this and we need someone dynamic and enthusiastic to join them.

Does this sound like you?

• Confident and approachable
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Excellent telephone manner
• Experience using MS Office Software
• Organised and professional approach to work
• Previous experience in an administrative or customer facing role

Your roles will include;

• Offering advice and resolving queries raised by students
• Managing and overseeing our student recruitment system effectively and meticulously
• Updating data management systems including registers and student records
• Answering telephone, email and social media enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Payment handling and updating customer accounts
• Liaising with lecturers and senior staff on student related issues
• General admin duties
